Subject: Celebration of Children’s Day at School

This is to inform all the students, teachers, and staff members that our school is going to celebrate Children’s Day with great excitement and joy on Thursday, 14th September. The event will be held in the school auditorium and will begin at 11:00 a.m. sharp.

Children’s Day is a special occasion dedicated to celebrating childhood, joy, and the importance of children in our lives. Sel Roti is a traditional Nepali food made especially during Dashain and Tihar festivals. It is a ring-shaped sweet bread made from rice flour.

Instructions to prepare Sel Roti:

1. Soak rice overnight and grind it into a smooth flour.

2. Add sugar, ghee, mashed banana (optional), and milk to the rice flour.

3. Mix the batter well to form a thick pouring consistency.
