📘Unit 4- Biodiversity and Environment

Biodiversity refers to the wide variety of living organisms found on Earth—plants, animals, and microorganisms. Each organism plays an important role in maintaining balance in nature.

In Lesson 4 of Class 6 Science, students learn about different types of living beings, their habitats, and how they adapt to their surroundings. The lesson also explains how forests, water bodies, and soil form important parts of the environment that support life.

Students are introduced to the importance of conserving biodiversity and protecting the environment from pollution, deforestation, and other harmful activities.

This chapter encourages students to appreciate the richness of nature and to take responsibility for keeping the environment clean, safe, and healthy for all living beings.
