The World Health Organization (WHO) defines health as “a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of health or infirmity.” Health is the condition of being sound in the physical body, mind, or spirit and especially free from any kind of disease or pain. In fact, health is a very comprehensive form of different terms, such as life, wellness, diet, sport, exercise, medicine, energy, happiness, relaxation, mind, psychology, and many more.
